Lion King was all it was billed to be
Rafiki was spot on, played by Michael Hollick, great performer, great accent. The sound system was amazing, however, the performance was very low for the main singers. Young Simba and Young Nahla were outstanding, but Scar was extraordinary. Our seats were in the back of the main floor to the right of the stage, and we did miss some action. It was like the mics were not at a high enough level for them to stand out. You could hear them, but only if you strained to hear them above the chorus and the orchestra. The production was the first time I have seen Choir! Choir! Choir! This was unbelievable talent. I would see this production again definitely and have already recommended it to others.
